Story Behind Two Gates

WHY TWO GATES ART  

There is a reason behind the name TWO GATES ART.   It's a long story, but I'll keep it short (like me). I was born on the small island of Malta, smack in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea.  My city is a small city with a two gate entrance, used back in the days of the Knights of St. John. The city has a road named Two Gates Street.  Just before our visit to Malta; I was about 11 years old, my thumb got caught inside a metal gate and when I pulled, my nail was taken right out!  Shocker, however, the Mediterranean Sea healed that sucker with no scars or bumps.  

Now I live in Canada.  My home is a condominium with two entrances to the complex, plus a metal gate gives access to my court yard.  So, you see gates have always been around me.  And there are two more gates that influence my life.  They are found in Matthew 7:13,14.  "You can enter God's kingdom only through the narrow gate.  The highway to hell is broad and it's gate is wide for the many who choose that way. But the gateway to life is very narrow and the road is difficult, and only a few ever find it."  NLT   My hope is you find the narrow gate.
